Hi, my name is Jordan Ford.

I’m very grateful that you’re here – this could be the start to a life change for you. The simple concept of meditation can clear space in our mind and give us the opportunity to think more clearly in daily situations. I began practicing simple meditations in 2017 when I found that my thoughts were hard to control. I often worried about things that I could not control and spent much of my time overthinking. Today, I spend 20 minutes per day sitting with my thoughts and allowing them to pass at ease. Meditation has reduced my stress levels, controlled my anxious thoughts, and allowed me to be more self-aware. Meditation can be used to enhance creativity, or relax your mind and body in nearly any situation.  Learning to be mindful allows each of us to let go of things that do not serve us and create a positive life.
